Can we get a brief information about your company?

As EMS EMRE ISI, we have been manufacturing industrial furnaces since 1992. Our field of activity offers heat treatment facilities, annealing furnaces, car-based furnaces, aluminum and brass melting furnaces, atmosphere controlled furnaces, special process furnaces, lead, zamak, hot forming furnaces in metal industry and all kinds of maintenance and repair services. We have been serving the sector perfectly for many years.

How did your ways meet with 3E Industrial? What was your reason for choosing Eagleye RSD® software?

We first started working with 3E Industrial for the continuous heat treatment furnace control panel in 2016. The devices (especially oxygen probe) used with the dynamic structure of the team and experts in the 3E Industrial field showed us that we should work with 3E Industrial. With 3E Industrial's Eagleye RSD® software, the control and follow-up of the furnaces our manufacture became easier. We received positive feedback from our customers on this issue. Although there is not a single negative feedback from Yılmaz Redüktör, Yayla Tav Tesisleri and Uzer Makina companies, the companies we work with stated that the software and control work easily and flawlessly.

What did you get from this choice?

Working with 3E Industrial has increased our customer potential and crowned the mechanical quality of the furnaces we have built with necessary controls.

What has changed in your production environment with Eagleye RSD® software?

First of all, Eagleye RSD® software has provided us great convenience in our production environment. By facilitating our work in the field, it has improved our knowledge of the current status of the equipment in the closed compartments of the furnaces and to produce fast solutions. When we encounter any problems, we see that we can overcome difficult situations thanks to 3E Industrial's pinpoint solution alternatives.

We would like to get information about your R&D investments.

We attach importance to R&D investments and in this sense, we continue our work without slowing down. Recently, we have focused our studies on production methods other than recycling and traditional metal production methods We firmly believe that the labor and devotion we put into our production will also reflect on our production and that we will reap the fruits in the future.

What kind of company strategy did you adopt during the COVID-19 process and the new normal?

The COVID-19 process was an unexpected process for us as well as for the whole world. It is a fact that we have to keep up with the changing world conditions. In this process, we have made decisions in a way that has a more solid footing and minimizes risks, and we are moving forward in line with these decisions.

Finally, what are your goals for the future?

As EMS Emre Isı, we aim to pass the COVID-19 and global economic recession processes smoothly and make our R&D investments industrial.
